The tour of the Rope Course normally starts with a short swim from the jetty to the Nose Cone . A rope from the front of the nose cone leads the short distance to the orange Metro and on where the rope goes through a hoop to take the divers around the  Marker post . Then onto the Pump House . A rope tied to the top of the door of the pump house leads to the Training Platform . There are three other ropes from the platform. The West rope leads to the Submersible , the East rope takes you to the Ski Jump and the North rope takes you to the Tubes From the tubes the rope continues to the Tank From the tank there is a total of five ropes, if you continue along the blue rope heading North it will take you to an old buoy weight and then in a South West direction to Buoy Weight . Back at the tank there are two ropes heading in the same direction, one runs along the bottom, whereas the other seem to head for the surface. Both of these ropes will lead you to the Far Platform , where one rope is tied at the base of the platform and the other is tied at the top at around 6m. The final rope from the tank goes directly to the Old Moggy Van , where it is joined by ropes from the platform and the buoy weight. From the old van the rope to the South leads to Transit Van. The Transit has two other ropes, one off to the East leads to the Old Car whereas the main blue rope continues first through the Anderson Shelter to the other Buoy Weight. From here the rope course leads back to the starting point at the nose cone.
